As a fall-out of the Harbhajan Sreesanth slap episode, we decided to conduct an informal survey to find out which cricketer deserved a slap in the face.
Most Indians indicated Sreesanth as the deserving candidate followed by Clarke and Pieterson.
A vast majority of the Australians revealed Harbhajan Singh deserved a slap. The other players who came second and third were Ganguly and Smith.
As usual the British, refused to be informal and maintained their stiff upper-lip. The Pakistani's indicated that they prefer to hit rather than slap, whereas the South Africans couldn't make up their minds.
The results as you see were not satisfying. So in order to make it more scientific and comprehensive, we request you, our readers to participate enthusiastically.
All you have to do is to answer this question, which cricketer deserves a 'slap' and why?
The most creative /illogical answer will be selected as the 'winner' by the readers themselves.
Happy 'slapping'.

It is a very difcult choice coz there are a lot of slappables in our own team. U could have slapped any one of them if u care to anlyse the no of times they have let the team down. U can make them stand in a row and give them a comprehensive slap to save time. I dont find any need to look farther than our team.
I trust oty to come with a request to name the most kickable one , in the next post.
R,
I understand your confusion. There are too many choices.
Sadly, I am unable to help you out by naming one person as our company policy clearly dictates that we, i.e., the company employees or their families are inelgible to particpate in this contest.
A bowler who fails to defend 17 runs of the final over deserves a slap.
As does a bowler who gets hit for 30 in one over.
So does a batsman who plays out a maiden in 20-20.
As does a batsman who hits a 6 and tries another one of the next ball unless its the final 3 overs of a 20-20 innings.
I would give Harbhajan a titty twister... thats gotta hurt more than a slap
Q,
Can you be specific?
Obaid,
Hohoho! titty twister- thats a pleasant thought. :)
Cant u figure ;-)
Q,
Seriously no.
Yuvraj is my obvious candidate.
Someone whack some sense into him and ask him to develop his longer game.
Yuvraj is a good candidate. His open mouth invites a slap.
Ott, Symonds failed to defend 17 runs of the last over against Warne. Symonds got hit for 30 off one over by Sehwag. 4 different batsmen played out maidens against Warne and McGrath. And Afridi got out trying to hit a 6 when he had hit one of the previous ball. But then for Afridi, thats not the first time :-)
I would like to watch sreesanth getting slapped. Onfield aggression is different. But he seems to get in the nerves of everyone.. including the spectators. Some of his "dramas" are beyond explaination.
Trideep
u mean sreeesanth again
R,
Yes probably.
Easy.
Stuart Broad.
Sportsfreak,
Stuart Broad? Obviously you don't like his father. :)
