What will happen is that, the differing schedules will tempt the English players to 'maximise' their income by playing in both the IPL and the EPL, thereby increasing the chance of player's burnout.

Not only Englishmen , no player would mind playing even when he is reduced to a skeleton in the hot sun here or a cold wave there. The only problem would be, how to identify the players as all would be skeletons.
