The mystery behind IPL's missing website solved.

We had earlier reported the IPL website missing.
The truth is otherwise. The IPL website is up and running.
Strangely, it can be found at http://195.20.222.30/index.html
BTW, the URL is perplexing. Can someone explain why it has this strange URL ?

Ottayan,
As Straight point has already mentioned, the website is still in beta testing.. so they have not associated it with the domain name..

The thing is when will the BCCI website come up?

Do Indian fans not deserve a complete database of Indian cricket?

Thanks for the link though.

Soulberry,
I fear they will look at it as another revenue generation channel.

You mean we pay to look up the scorecard of the 1957 Ranji final?

Look, if they want a membership, a reasonable fee, I'm willing to be on, provided they give me service like this IPL opening ceremony.

Brilliant opening...give BCCI the charge of organizing the Olympics.

Yes and they may have so adverts crawling all over the place.

BTW,the credit for such a classy opening ceremony must go to Mallya.

Sadly, his team is in shambles.

I THINK THE BILL FOR ORGANISING THE MATCH WAS FOOTED BY THE ROYAL CHALLENGERS OWNER. AND THIS IS WHAT I HEARD BEFORE THE TOURNEY ,THAT THE FRANCHISEES WILL RUN THE MATCHES IN THEIR CENTRES.IF THATS SO BCCI CANNOT BE GIVEN CREDIT FOR THE CERMONY.
