ODI Squad against Australia: Dravid Out Sehwag In

Virender Sehwag replaced Rahul Dravid for the first two games of the seven-match one-day series against Australia. Interestingly, Venkatesh Prasad, the Indian team’s bowling coach along with Robin Singh; the fielding coach got the boot.

Munaf Patel deservedly found a place in the squad, while Virat Kohli mysteriously retains his place, making one speculate whether he is the Ajith Agarkar of the future.

Expectedly, Yuvraj Singh finds his way back into the team, even though there is an uncertainty surrounding his fitness.

Similarly, Ishanth Sharma is retained in the squad, probably with the intention of grinding his talent to dust.

Overall an ideal squad for Dhoni to whine about.
