A grounder on the what exactly the 'challenge' is.
Under the proposal, each team would be limited to a maximum of three unsuccessful challenges per innings. The on-field umpire would consult with the third umpire when a decision was challenged, before the on-field umpire gave the final decision.

Is the challenge system like in Football where, if you get a challenge right, you still have 3 challenges in the kitty or are the challenges absolute ( 3- win them or lose them)..

Sorry, I have no information on that.
The challenge is a good waay to minimise mistakes and keep all parties happy.Hwever if the field umpires decision is overruled he shd not be made to look guilty. This system may drag the match a bit longer.
