Yousuf may return to ICL

Miffed with the IPL, Mohammed Yousuf may return to ICL. Umar Gul and Yasir Hameed may follow suit.

Yousuf and Gul have a long career ahead of them with Pakistan, then why are they willing to throw away their International careers?

Probably their unhappiness with the PCB makes ICL more appealing.

This is news. I really wonder why Gul's leaving? With Akhtar deemed out of action this is a twin blow to Pakistan. I'm certain there is more to the story than we know.

Pakistan cricket seems to reeling. You hear bad news on a daily basis.

Ottayan, I think this is yet another story doing the rounds of the Indian media with no mention of it in Pakistani media.

Yousuf's stance will depend on the court verdict. If the court bars him from appearing in the IPL, he migh just turn his back on Pakistan and join his good friends in the Lahore Badshahs team. The response the badshahs have gotten in India is phenomenol.

As for Hameed, I can also understand why he can go. He has been given a raw deal by the selectors for a long time.

But Umar Gul? I dont think so. He has been treated very well by the PCB. He has always been in the starting line up when not injured nd he has been taken care of when injured. He has no reason to be miffed with the selectors so I dont know where this is coming from.

badshahs vs pakistan, wonder who'll win the bowl out?
neither team will connect, so how do you decide on a winner?

NC - for that I think they should have measuring tapes in place and the team that misses the stumps by the least distance in 5 tries will be the winner.

I seems ICL ban will be soon lifted. If everyone joing ICL, then it must be lifted.

Sudip,
A warm welcome to this community.

I agree that the ban should be lifted.

It has increased the fear psychosis regarding the T20 leagues.
