Shoaib free to play in IPL

The PCB has cleverly washed its hands off Shoaib Akthar.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has rejected Shoaib Akhtar's appeal against the five-year ban imposed on him for repeated disciplinary breaches, but confirmed that he is free to resume his career overseas. The decision means Shoaib is free to compete in the Indian Premier League while remaining persona non grata on home soil.

Now the onus is on his overseas employers like the IPL to make him behave.

The BCCI should take a leaf out of PCB's book and follow suit. It should ban Harbhajan and Sreesanth from playing in India.

What do you say?

Makes little sense. He can make money anywhere except in his country. so where is the ban? If he is allowed then Hrbhajan will have to be allowed to play.

R,
They heard you. Shoaib cannot play in the IPL unless he is permitted to play in Pakistan.

they shud nt be banned dude. See, everybody gets emotional. I do agree tat sree and bhajji took it to new heights, but its nt like they are empty gas bags. They have performed very well in India's past matches. Given the pressure that 2020 creates, its hard really, to stay calm.

remember, its not a test of technical skills (as in a test match). Its a test of how well u handle the pressure [:)]

CB,

They have also behaved outrageously over the years. Do we need these crazybugga's? :)
