True to character, Pieterson has come out in favor of playing for the IPL (money).His earlier statements that he rejected an offer to play in the IPL now sound hollow.

I think when he spoke initially he didn't realise how much the other cricketers were making. He's not the smartest man when it comes to numbers I hear ;-)

The perception of reality and aspirations are different for admins and players. To keep sitting over the difference without doing anything about it, the admins are merely living in harmful denial.

The Chairman of the ECB continues to make fatheaded statements. Even today he has pontificated on IPL.
Looks like ECB is getting a secret cut for cajoling English players
