though i dont think this deserve life ban coz there's more into this episode than what meets eye...

Lets hope he learns from Shoaib.
If this the first instance of misbehaviour it is okay.If they still allow him to escape with a minor punishment after ereatedly doing things his own way this will be taken as a precedent for others to quote.
