IPL - A Second Player Auction in the Offing?

Reports suggest that IPL is set to stage a second player bidding process in motion.
Rumours indicate that English players Dimitri Mascarenhas,Luke Wright and Alastair Brown have already signed up or on the verge of signing up with IPL.
However, it is my belief that we may find some more Australian and South African Players in the mix.
