Cricket streaker - "It was just something he had to do"

Imagine swilling beer one whole day and having nothing better to do for entertainment than showing the middle finger to Harbhajan.

Under the circumstances, you can't fault Mr. Ogilvie, a streaker and a sporting man, from breaking out for the open spaces as God intended him to be. Unfortunately, he picked the most unsporting human in this wide world to flaunt his jewels.

However, Mr. Ogilvie has no regrets.

Prosecutors said Mr Ogilvie told police after the incident that "it was just something he had to do", although his defence lawyer insisted he was sorry for his actions.

He showed no sign of regret outside the court when asked how it felt to be on the wrong end of a Symonds' tackle.

"It was great actually... just like playing football," he said.

He said he would never streak again but was not sorry about his naked run, saying: "You only live once, don't you?"

Somehow, one gets the feeling that our man is slightly unbalanced or lacking in cerebral cells.
