First floodlit (day/night) Test match cricket

Lord's will host the first floodlit Test cricket match between England and Bangladesh at Lord's.

 

The Test match between England and Bangladesh at Lord's next year (2010) will be the first time in the history of Test cricket a match is being played under floodlights (day-night).

 

In all probability, the first floodlit Test match will use pink balls.
