As they say, a bad workman blames his tools.
The turbulent atmosphere in the England dressing room was partly to blame for Monty Panesar's downturn in form over the winter, according to spinner's county coach David Capel.
Panesar's perceived decline – he struggled in the two-Test series in India and was then dropped after the first Test in Jamaica – coincided with the feud between the former captain Kevin Pietersen and coach Peter Moores.
