IPL –Maharashtra holds out.

CNN-IBN has gone to town displaying copies of the letters IPL had received from various state governments. Curiously, Maharashtra, Sharad Pawar’s home state appears to be holding out and proving to be dampener.

If IPL fails to get the green signal from Maharashtra it would impact the scheduling as the IPL organisers have allotted as many as 18 venues for matches across the state, including 14 in and around Mumbai.
