The Pakistan team for the 4 nation Twenty20 event in Toronto is to be selected tomorrow and the now familiar dithering over Akthar reigns.
Don't you agree that the National Selection committee is expecting too much from the PCB.

From what I have heard there is no confusion over this. Shoaib will most probably be in the 15.
The latest drama to unfold is that the sports Ministry has asked the selectors to hand over the team to them for approval.. That is the strangest demand I have heard ever,

It is not as strange as you think. Our neighbor, Sri Lanka follows the same process.
Once and for all it should be settled what to do with Shoaib. The indecisiveness and doubt over him only serves to encourage more of the same in others.
What is the sports ministry doing in between?

They have already created an anything goes atmosphere.
Asif is blackmailing them by practicing with ICL guys, Yousuf threatens, Tanvir is also indiciplined and Younis pushes the envelope.
